Bayer Sells Haarmann & Reimer to Investment Group

Bayer plans to sell its subsidiary Haarmann & Reimer (H&R) for nearly $1.68 billion billion to the EQT Northern Europe Private Equity Funds, which are sponsored by Investor AB of Sweden.
